This $280 million expansion and redevelopment at the Guildford Town Centre was developed in 4 phases, all on a 24 acre site. For this project, the environment was of primary consideration as the shopping mall aimed to become the first LEED™ Gold certified mall in Canada. The modularity and flow capacity of our system was on full display as we partnered with this redevelopment that helped create 4000 new construction jobs during the project and bring over 750 retail related jobs to the local economy.
