Project Summary

The $117-million Link Building at the Vancouver International Airport was a fast-tracked project constructed in three phases. Due to the project’s impact on airport operations and its high public profile, the risk of downtime and escalating costs were of primary concerns to the developer. Asked to provide an extremely large bypass while simultaneously providing water treatment proved our systems ability to eliminate delays, costly to both budget and reputation.

Highlights:

  • Facilitated bypass with 12 inch pipe
  • 24 hour work and monitoring
  • Automated alarm system to avoid failures
  • Quick response to emergency situations
