River Green is a luxury condominium community made of six mid-rise concrete towers situated on the banks of the Fraser River. The sheer size of this project and its location near the river produced multiple challenges that had to be overcome.
The build of its massive two-level underground parking structure, located sixteen feet below ground, marked “firsts” for both the Ledcor construction team and the city of Richmond, highlighting the incredible ability and capacity of the Storm Guard system to dewater the excavation site effectively while also treating the run off.
